Gem et Savin Flynn Pendant 10 ans

10 années se sont écoulés depuis la disparition de la famille Flynn, Savin, désormais âgé de 15 ans, est devenu un adolescent à problèmes... Petits délits, déscolarisation... Le fils de Jennifer Flynn délaisse tout son héritage. Gem, qui l'a élevé pendant 10 ans, ne supporte plus le comportement du jeune hybride. 

" Savin Alan Flynn ! Tu te rends pas compte du mal que tu fais ? 
- Lâche moi tante Gem ! 
- Demande toi ce que tes parents penseraient en voyant ton comportement !
- Ne me parles surtout pas de mes parents ! 
- Je t'ai élevée seule pendant 10 ans et...

Savin s'apprête à sortir mais Gem le retient : 

" Oh non ! Tu restes ici !" 

Savin parvient à esquivé le bras de Gem et quitte la maison.
